Return and Refund

Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change our Refund Policy at any time.


If we have incorrectly supplied an item or it has arrived damaged you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt at Please include images of any damage.

When item received it will then be inspected and once satisfied as to the defect, a replacement item or a full refund will be issued.


Should you no longer want or have changed your mind after your order has been processed, you can return item(s) within 30 days of receipt unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

To do this you can request a return via our returns portal.

You can also email our service team at with the details of your order. Please ensure that a copy of you original paperwork is returned along with the item so we can trace it back.

We will inspect the item and once satisfied that it is unopened, unused and in a saleable condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.

For any reasons other than damaged, incorrect item or warranty related there will be a return fee of £8.50. This will be deducted when refund is processed.

    The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
    ML Tools Direct will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to ML Tools Direct via email or through our returns portal.
Note: ML Tools Direct reserves the right of any changes to the refund policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Our refund policies are simple.

Once items are returned and inspected the refund process will begin.

We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

The complete refund process normally takes between 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of return being received by ML Tools Direct.
